
Who I Am?
Let me start with this: if you’re a working mom who’s ever felt like you’re juggling flaming swords—trying to keep everything in the air while praying nothing crashes down—I see you. I am you. And I want to share a little bit about who I am and why I’m so passionate about helping moms like you find calm in the chaos.
I’m Ashley M Ghose. I’m a mom, a wife, a physical therapist, and a life coach. And like many of you, I’ve lived in that exhausting loop of trying to do all the things, be all the things, and never quite feeling like any of it was enough.
A few years ago, I was stuck. I was missing dinners with my kids. I was trying to “keep it together” at work while feeling like I was failing at home. I was overwhelmed, overextended, and questioning if this was just how life had to be.
Then one day, it hit me—I wasn’t put on this earth to live a miserable life.
That moment became a turning point. Not overnight, but step by step, I started untangling the guilt and exhaustion. I got curious. I leaned into healing, found support, and eventually discovered the tools that helped me rebuild my life from the inside out.
And now? I get to help other overwhelmed moms break free from burnout too.
Today, I combine coaching, the Cortina Method (a brain-based healing approach), and practical, science-backed strategies to help women create lives that feel balanced, joyful, and purposeful. Not perfect—but real, fulfilling, and doable.
I’m here to support you, guide you, and remind you that small shifts can create big, lasting changes.
