How I Learned What I Coach?

How I Learned What I Coach?

I wasn’t always the person I am today.

Like so many of the moms I work with now, I’ve lived through the chaos—the nonstop juggle of parenting, partnering, and working while feeling like you’re barely holding it all together. I know what it’s like to be burned out and overwhelmed, running on fumes, and wondering if this is just how life is supposed to feel.

But deep down, I knew something had to change.

I started with therapy, and it was an important part of my healing. But once that chapter closed, I still felt like I needed more—more tools, more support, more ways to move forward. That’s when I found coaching… and everything began to shift.

Working with a coach opened a whole new world for me. I started diving into positive psychology, earned a certificate in wellbeing, and explored brain-based healing practices that actually worked. Eventually, I trained as a Cortina Method Practitioner, and that’s when I really began to see transformation—both in my life and in the lives of my clients.

The most surprising and beautiful discovery along the way? The incredible ability of our brains to heal and grow when we give them the right support.

And the journey isn’t over—I’m still learning, still growing, and currently on the path to becoming a certified coach by 2026. Why? Because I believe in this work. I believe in the power of small shifts, intentional support, and the magic that happens when we stop surviving and start thriving.

If you’re feeling stuck, I want you to know: I’ve been there. I’ve walked this path. And I know the way out.

Let’s work together to help you release stress, shift your mindset, and create a life that actually feels good to live. One that’s sustainable, joyful, and yours.

You deserve to thrive—not just get through the day.
