Guiding overwhelmed working moms to break free from the guilt, stress, and limiting beliefs that keep them running on empty.
For years, I lived in survival mode, balancing a demanding career as a physical therapist, motherhood, and the never-ending mental load. I kept missing family dinners, consumed by mom guilt, feeling like I was failing at everything that mattered.
One night, I hit my lowest point. After crying alone in my dark bedroom, mascara running down my face, a thought broke through: “You are not here on earth to live a miserable life.”
I started making small changes, therapy, coaching, movement, and trauma-informed tools. Those shifts pulled me out of survival mode and gave me my life back.
Now I help overwhelmed working moms break free from the guilt, stress, and limiting beliefs that keep them running on empty so that they can feel like themselves again.
This work uses science-backed, trauma-informed tools tailored to real life, addressing what’s actually keeping you stuck, not just surface symptoms.
Depending on what your body and nervous system need, this might include the Cortina Method for releasing stored stress and limiting beliefs, nervous system regulation techniques, strengths-based approaches, or movement practices. Every woman’s stuckness looks different, so the approach adapts to what works for you.
But you’re still here, still overwhelmed, still running on empty.
Here’s what I learned: you can’t think your way out of patterns that are wired into your nervous system and beliefs. The guilt, the overwhelm, the feeling of failing at everything? Those aren’t personal failures, they’re symptoms of trying to manage an impossible load without addressing what’s actually keeping you stuck.
Real support addresses the root causes, the limiting beliefs, the stored stress, the nervous system patterns that keep you in survival mode. That’s the difference.

We'll talk about what's feeling most overwhelming right now, what you've already tried, and whether working together makes sense. No sales pitch, no pressure, just an honest conversation about what support would actually help you.
